Role:
- Full-stack developer
Objective:
- Spearhead the team’s technical success by building, validating and maintaining our technical roadmap.
Scope:
- Reporting to the Co-Founder.
- Be the first in-house tech hire
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications with a focus on performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve application performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or similar.

Technical skills:
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React.
- Experience with PHP and Symfony framework.
- Knowledge of databases, particularly MySQL.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience:
- >5 years work experience with mainstream frameworks
- Proven track record of developing full-stack applications.
- Experience in AI integration and database management.
- Demonstrated ability to work on complex projects from concept to deployment.
- Experience in managing and deploying applications in cloud environments.
Soft skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience with marketplaces and AI-driven projects.
- Understanding of generative AI database prompting.
